I liked that it had three forms of calcium

It's plain old calcium done just right, 500 mg in two pills which is the max our bodies can manage at one sitting. This one has no vitamin D because I have a container of it I want to use up. It's hard to find calcium without it, but here it is, as requested. Nothing fancy about this product. It's just as it should be and that's a rare quality. It is hard to find this kind of calcium in drug stores. Thanks for it.

Well balanced calcium, I take it with Swanson Premium Bone building formula with Boron,Swanson Horsetail and of course Swanson Vitamins A & D.Again, at the right price.

It has kept my calcium in the normal range at my doctor's office so I am able to get my six month Prolia injections. As long as it keeps my calcium in the normal range I will keep ordering it.

The only thing I don't like about this is the pill is a bit hard to swallow ... other than that this is a great product.

There is no real way for me to tell if this product is effective or not but it really seems to be a great deal.

I use it this along with Magnesium because I was recommended to take both. I find they work well alongside each other and are both necessary for my overall health.

It doesnt say the proportions of the 3 diffferent types of calcium in the product, so it can be 95% carbonate and 2% citrate, where citrate is the calcium thats better utilized by the body

Pills too large to swallow. Changed the Calcium Citrate Complex to a Large "Horse Pill". Found this one instead which they told me is smaller. Only smaller by a fraction. Still too large.
