been taking calcium plus d3 ever since I started going through menopause and the doctor stopped the HRT. Have gotten two great Dex scans since I turned 60. I'm now 65 and got my 2nd DEX scan last week. Nurse said it was great. The supplement plus daily weigth bearing exercise and healthy diet works together.

I ordered the Calcium Citrate for my husband and II was worried the tablets would be too large, but we didn't have any trouble taking them , They went down easy.We are an older couple and we enjoy ordering , and find Swanson's products resonable.We also got 2 bottles free so that was nice. glad

Mind the size before you buy

These pills are huge. Can't speak to the efficacy because I haven't been back for a bone mass test. I only take them when my husband is home, in case I choke. Will pay more attention to pill size next purchase.

I would have preferred the Calcium Citrate with Magnesium, but it was out of stock.! However, I am sure that the Calcium Citrate & Vitamin D3 will be an acceptable substitute.
