Benefits of Calcium plus D3
been taking calcium plus d3 ever since I started going through menopause and the doctor stopped the HRT. Have gotten two great Dex scans since I turned 60. I'm now 65 and got my 2nd DEX scan last week. Nurse said it was great. The supplement plus daily weigth bearing exercise and healthy diet works together.

Mind the size before you buy
These pills are huge. Can't speak to the efficacy because I haven't been back for a bone mass test. I only take them when my husband is home, in case I choke. Will pay more attention to pill size next purchase.

Not What I Wanted
I would have preferred the Calcium Citrate with Magnesium, but it was out of stock.! However, I am sure that the Calcium Citrate & Vitamin D3 will be an acceptable substitute.

Too big
Tablets are huge and I should have checked that before I ordered it. Also I would prefer capsules and I should have checked that before I ordered it. That being said, they're probably just fine but I won't be reordering this particular calcium supplement.
