Quality
Calcium citrate complex is a preferred method for my calcium. In capsule form it's easy to digest and I know I can get full benefit. I have trouble digesting tablets so capsules are easier on my stomach.\nI've used Swanson's as my supplement store for a long time and I've never had to return. Thank you

Calcium Citrate Complex item SW1110.
I am not satisfied with this product. Because it contained citrate, I thought it would be more absorbable because the citrate would be bonded with the calcium. I guess I was wrong because each capsule only has 250 mg of calcium per capsule. This means I have to take 4-5 capsules per day to get 1,200 mg of calcium. Then it is questionable of how much calcium my body will absorb of the calcium citrate? I should have checked the label. This is a cheap product.

Not happy with product
So very disappointed in this product. It was so hard on my stomach I am unable to take it. Such a disappointment as I bought several bottles. I’ve never had this problem before with any supplement. Cannot evaluate due to inability to tolerate product.
