Better buy calcium citrate.
Considering the current price charged for calcium citrate, this is a reasonable purchase. It's a much better buy than the 300 quantity bottle which is currently $40.00.

Calcium Citrate Complex item SW1110.
I am not satisfied with this product. Because it contained citrate, I thought it would be more absorbable because the citrate would be bonded with the calcium. I guess I was wrong because each capsule only has 250 mg of calcium per capsule. This means I have to take 4-5 capsules per day to get 1,200 mg of calcium. Then it is questionable of how much calcium my body will absorb of the calcium citrate? I should have checked the label. This is a cheap product.
