Calcium supplements cause me constipation, but this product does not.Getting the extra D-3 is good, and it contains magnesium, although the quantity is not listed.I rated the Quality as a 4, I won't know how well it works for me until I have my next Dexa-scan.I take 1 in am, and 2 before bed to help muscles relax for sleep.I've been taking this product for a couple of months and will I continue using it.

I have had great results with this product, and no problems whatsoever, when combined with Nutricology Magnesium Citrate, which is also in capsule form and offered by Swanson's at a great price. The problem with most calcium-magnesium combinations is they are not in the better-absorbed citrate form and they also come in huge chalky tablets that can get stuck in your throat. This easy to swallow capsule is the way to go. I take 3 calcium capsules to 1 magnesium capsule and I'm perfectly balanced. Thanks for offering this fine product, Swanson's -- it's working very well for me.

I like this product because it is in capsule form and there is no problem with it dissolving. Great product.

One of the best solutions how to provide body with suficient calcium deposit. The citrate form helps to absorb calcium the fastest way possible.

The capsules are easier to swallow, and I like the combination of the two in one capsule!

My only complaint is the large size of the capsule. When swallowing, a considerable amount of liquid is needed to prevent the capsule from lodging in the throat.

I ordered these because my mother is needing a small tablet to swallow and the size shows they are the size of a penny. That's not the case. These tablets are much larger maybe quarter size or larger and she is struggling to swallow them. They are soft but too long.
