Swanson Chelated Trs Magnesium 60 Tablets

We were tested at a naturopath office and the Swanson brand products tested "pure"... that was a bit validating of their quality! Great to have on hand for sleep issues.

I bought this to help with sleep, two pills right before bed I definitely have noticed an increase in sleep quality.

The magnesium really helps. All of the Swanson products that I use seem to be of high quality and I appreciate the sales that they have!

Helped my bones

Magnesium is something that I have found helpful but everything I tired previously sent me to the bathroom for hours each day. When I tried the Albion Chelated TRS Magnesium i found the first magnesium product with NO gastric side effects. Thanks, Swanson, for making a magnesium supplement for those of us with tender systems.

I used to buy this and was going to reorder until I saw they added magnesium OXIDE to the ingredients. I don't want a cheap laxative in my magnesium, thank you. I won't purchase this as long as the work OXIDE is in the ingredients.

The tablet is much wider than I was expecting and it is difficult to swallow.

Absolutely ridiculous supplement. Magnesium Glysinste is supposed to be the best magnesium to help you sleep. This supplement also has B Vitamins which give you energy. I ordered these not realizing exactly what I was ordering. They are useless to me. A waste of money.
