Not best for diabetics
I had to stop taking it as it has Rice flour in it and it increased by glucose readings.

I haven't taken it long enough to rate results. Size of capsule is fine. Can be tricky to swallow because it is so light weight. Can it be made to the same weight as the B50 complex capsules which swallow easily?

It takes 3 months to see the effects of using this type of collagen in repairing joint functionality so I have no review at this time. Check me in 2 more months
