I am diabetic. This product has been recommended to help control glucose levels. The ordering and delivery were first rate. Am waiting until next lab tests to ascertain whether this helps.

This was Consumerlabs top pick for Cinnamon Extract. It has less coumarin than Cinsulin. For those that don't know, coumarin is liver toxic. I was trying to choose between the two and I found my answer from the experts who actually analyze supplements.

I searched Amazon for types of cinnamon, progressing from Cassia to Ceylon to these PF extract capsules. Now these are integral to my daily routine, after only one quarter of use. I endorse these for persons having difficulty with their eating habits; in short, virtually all Americans. Their only downside...finding them. I wish I had years ago. I hope these reviews and reviews on other websites enable people to encounter this supplement.

This provides a generous amount of cinnamon in the preferred standardized extract shown to be effective in dietary management of glucose. It is extremely convenient to take and works well in combination with chromium picolinate as an adjunctive nutrient to boost overall health. Highly recommended as an alternative to the plentiful varieties of non-standardized cinnamon.

I guess it's ok. I like the idea of a special form of cinnamon. Smells right but I didn't notice any huge benefit in taking it. It's kind of expensive so will see if I repurchase again in the future. So far I have not. Since I take so many supplements I try to only maintain the effective ones, and not sure this makes a difference. That doesn't mean it won't work well for you, so I say it's worth a try.
