I wasn't prepared for the vast amount in that bottle. It's literally going to serve me forever. I can't wait to see how my nails, hair and skin look in 3 months time. I'll do an update!

Misleading
I feel misled, this contains synthetic Vitamin D AND natural Vitamin D. Who knew a product labeled as Norwegian Cod Liver Oil didn't come exclusively from a Norwegian Cod /sarc. They don't mention how much is synthetic, so it could be 90%, your guess is as good as mine.
