Makes a difference
I can really tell the difference in my overall energy and ambition when taking this supplement. I don't need a lot to feel the effects...10 mg. is enough for me 2-3 times a day. This is one of my core supplements that I will never stop taking and, as usual, Swanson does it best!

Why size #1 capsule?
The quality of this supplement seems up to Swanson's usual high standards.\n\nBut why so large a capsule for such a small dose? The 30mg capsule is smaller than this 10mg capsule. And even the 30mg has filler.\n\nI'd like to see this 10 mg dose in a #4 cap.
