Swanson Daily B-Complex 100 Vegan Caps

Been a Swanson Health Products customer since 2010. Learned about them from Mama's home health RN. I am retired RN. Products they manufacture are high quality with their products regularly quality tested by independent laboratorie(s). I have rarely had a problem - being human, perfection is impossible. But they handle problems with remarkable excellence. When I call them for assistance, they are always kind and helpful.

Works well with other supplements. Provides extra energy.

I like that these capsules more than meet my daily B requirements and, like others said, are not a mega dose. I tried B-50 and B-100 in the past, and I didn't like them. I much prefer these. Please keep them in stock!

One of the few quality B Complex products that doesn't over do a good thing. Though the RDA for B vitamins is not fitting for many of us, too much of a good thing is not always a wise. This product provides a decent level of B complex without ensuring most of it will end up flushed down the loo. I would like to see the B6 potency increased a bit though. Overall an excellent product.

I love this B complex! I take it every day, and I wouldn't be without it. Please don't stop selling this vitamin!.

Take with a meal, usually breakfast , for increased energy production thru the day. Go with higher dosage for more energy needs and/or personal weight increases....170...200....225 lbs

the vitamins look good on the label, but after them delivering by usps into a hot mailbox all day in 95 degree weather, that is enough to degrade the vitamins, which should be kept at a cooler temp. Fedex would have been better, at least it's not in a hot metal box. No choice given !
