My doctor recommended I take 7-Keto DHEA (100 mg) and Pregnenolone 30 mg) due to low blood work. I am post-menopausal. I don't know which worked but my mind is much sharper. The clinical studies with 7 keto DHEA used 200 mg per day. So by taking 2 of these capsules a day, you know you are getting the efficacious amount. I don't even bother looking at the brands that don't have 100 mg per capsule.I don't feel any increase in energy, but that's not why I take it.

Let's face it, there are plenty of weight loss "pills" you can take, but with any of them you need to exercise to achieve the goals most people are looking for. I take this product to aid in the anti aging process. It supposedly has beneficial properties that assist in the slowing down of natural aging. I assume it will not add many if any years to my life, but perhaps it will enhance the "quality of life" to my later years. This product is a regular in the arsenal of Swanson herbs, vitamins and supplements I take to that end. No I do not work for Swanson, this is my first time ever writing a review.

I started these almost a month ago...I lost 7 lbs..I,m positive it was from taking this,I was,nt even trying...I bought it after someone told me about it.I can't get into any thing as to why I bought them,we can't write reviews about these things...but,.I do exersize for my well being...I just wish it were a larger size..I take one cap 2x,s daily,and it,s only a 15 day supply then...definately will reorder..a good ,quality product...

My wife is on a diet most of the time. She added this supplement for the duration of the bottle and did lose weight. I guess there's no way to say whether or not it was the supplement or not but she did lose weight while taking it. I have moved her to Rasberry Keytones to see if that supplement is helpful.

No weight loss I noticed, I eat a healthy, I do go to the gym 3 times a week. I am not a heavy work out person, but I do like to work out. I am on a low carb diet. I was thinking this could get me past my plateau I have been on for 3 weeks. Just has enot worked for me.
