Great Addition to Help Sleep
Many nights I am unable to sleep and I take one of these about 30 minutes before bed time and soon I'm nodding and have to go to bed. I am an older senior 77 and have a lot of trouble getting comfortable in my bed. Many nights are spent in my big recliner. These pills help a lot. Thanks for a good night's sleep.

Excellent and gentle
I try to take this 1 hour before bedtime because it seems to give me a short blast of energy before settling me down for a nice sleep!

I like that it's triple strength, but I don't like that it's not sublingual.

Did not make me sleepy at all.
I dont believe this is melatonin just some other white powder. I went up to 30mg and still did not make me sleepy at all.
