Even the heaviest meal is digested quickly. I have IBS and these help a lot. Make sure to take with a good amount of food. If taken before meal or with a light snack, may give heartburn.

We were tested at a naturopath office and the Swanson brand products tested "pure"... that was a bit validating of their quality!

I take this because I think it does what it says. I used to just take bioperine, 5mg, but this includes that plus more aids, for barely any more money.I don't have a way to measure the effect but I have read enough about bioperine alone to believe this is working as advertised.

I purchased this because for some reason, Swanson's no longer seem to carry Bioperine, which is what I prefer. I use it as a substitute for now until I can find a product just like the Bioperine Swanson's used to have. I've been disappointed with the changes lately. For example, Red Yeast Rice is no longer available either. Products I've used for years are going away, and I'm having to find substitutes. What a disappointment.
