Even the heaviest meal is digested quickly. I have IBS and these help a lot. Make sure to take with a good amount of food. If taken before meal or with a light snack, may give heartburn.

Getting to that age when my body does not digest things well, I have tried several different brands of digestive enzymes. While all of them have worked, I find that I feel far less digestive discomfort from food by taking this product. I definitely feel it when I forget to take it. And the price is very good.
