Great Product! I absolutely love's how Swanson ACV tablets regulates the acidity in my body throughout the day and curves my appetite. The low daily dose's works well with schedule one in the morning and the other before bedtime. I feel great and will definitely keep taking Swanson's ACV tablets.

It is said that if you are taking vinegar for weight loss, you should take it at least 30 minutes before each meal. Vinegar taken WITH a meal could make you GAIN weight. So if these aren't working for you, try taking them 30 minutes before your meals.I've taken the vinegar capsules, I actually prefer the liquid vinegar, but am ordering more of these fortravel, since I take it daily for health and it's easier to transport than a bottle of vinegar.

These are fun and affordable little tablets. If you let them sit on your tongue for a second, you'll taste the ACV.I know ACV is a great thing to use on a daily basis, but I find myself unable many days to intake nearly what I'd like and these tablets are a great way to add more into my daily intake.thanks for a great product.

I always knew that vinegar was so good for me but I didn't realize you could get the benefit throught a tablet! In the past, I would just put some real vinegar right on the spoon and force myself to take it. So of course, that didn't last long. These pills are great......they leave no after taste. I take a lot of other natural vitamins from Swansons that make me feel healthy; but the real thing I noticed about these tablets was they seem to curb my appetite which was a benefit I love and did not expect! I seem to crave food less and so I'm able to control myself eating healthier and less. I'm hoping I'll lose weight little by little and able to keep it off and feel better about myself--inside and out!Thank you Swanson's. Your quality and reasonable prices keep me coming back!

I had read that drinking apple cider vinegar would help with curbing your appetite, so wanted to try these as they are more convenient than drinking the product.Haven't been taking long enough to really know if they have made a difference in appetite.

Please make these that include the mother! They are decent but it's pointless without the mother. Also be be aware... If you're taking these or drinking ACV and having sugar crashes (get dizzy and have to eat sugar) ACV is likely the culprit. Doesn't mean you have to stop just take less often. My mom takes hers once a week.

I've taken it every morning before breakfast for almost two months now. Have seen no hint of a result as far as fat burning goes. I work out at a gym about 5 times per week, am almost 6'2" and 170 lbs. with a 30 inch waistline. Wanted a fat burner that would fine tune me by burning up the thin layer of fat I still have to get my waist down to below 29 inches and to enhance my already noticeable six-pack abs. But I saw no change using this product. A product called a fat burner should do what it is labelled as.
