there is no reports that say you will loose weight - but I have been taking them for 3 years - My dr said ok to take - I think that it gives me energy but it may be I have convienced myself of that , but it works for me

Keep the title the same.
Take the supplement to reduce and control bloating in the abdomen. Have been using Raspberry Ketones for the past seven years. The product has been working for me. I would feel comfortable recommending the supplement to reduce bloating.

Oddly increases my appetite!
so its supposed to suppress appetite but for me it increases my metabolic rate making me MORE hungry, not good but at least it increases the fat burning
