I agree, with another reviewer, that this does take a while to get into your system, but it DOES work. Sometimes, I take two. Usually, I just one as I do find two does make me a bit more energetic and it tends to disturb my rest. It hasn't been a full month yet, but I am already feeling the energy. I usually take Korean ginseng, but so far I prefer the eleuthero root as I feel the energy more. Great stuff!

This is the best price for Eleuthero Root. I have been taking this for a couple of months and I noticed a difference when I stopped taking it for two weeks. I did not have as much energy. It takes a while to accumulate in your body to be most effective.

I've tried for months to stop drinking expensive "coffee" drinks without much success. :( Finally, I've found a product that gives me energy without making me jittery. I take this product along with astragalus root for breakfast and lunch. And I feel AMAZING! Great product for someone like me who is sensitive to large amounts of caffeine.

Amazing product with an amazing price from Swanson. I take one in the morning (along with Gotu Kola), and one in the early afternoon and it seems to help a lot. It's not like a caffeine buzz or anything like that, it's more of an alertness with no 'come-down' later in the day like you would with an energy drink.

Eleuthero is a good option for energy without being hard on your adrenals. It doesn't affect you like caffeine would, there is no jittery feelings and no crash either. It's not a stimulant, but more of a calm focused energy. I'm very sensitive to caffeine and even herbal stimulants, and don't like the way they make me feel, but I like eleuthero.

I found this does help with energy just a bit. I swap out my energy supplements and this does nicely for no jitters but just a boost of comfortable energy.

I have been taking these for 2 weeks. I haven't noticed any change yet. I was hoping they would help with fatigue. I will keep taking them and give it more time.
