Works great!
The Swanson company makes made in America products and seems to be reputable brand. The 5mg extra strength capsule made me fall asleep quickly and awake in the morning feeling rested. I'm not sure what the extra strength means. I usually take 10mg, but this 5mg does what it states. The shipping took a little longer due to the mailing process.

Great Product to get the Proper Sleep
I use the 10mg melatonin ordered the 5mg I just take 2 before bed they really help you to relax and get a good night's rest.

Start off small dosage. It might be all you need.
I found that the 1 mg dose was too much. Everyone is different, so I broke them in half (.50 MG), and they have been working great with no more weird dreams from the one milligram dose.

Don't Buy it
I'm very disappointed in this product. It's twice the strength of the sublingual I've been taking and yet I like awake for hours after taking it. I tried taking it an hour before bedtime last night and I needed to resort to my sublingual to get to sleep.

Didn't work for me
Not sure why but this one doesn't work for me or my son. Almost like it backfired and made it more difficult to get to sleep. The 3 mg works better for us.
