good price fennel seed
took this after reading about the health benefits of fennel seed and hormones- not sure if it did anything though

Finally Something That Works
I have tried everything from hormones (with bad luck) to several vitamins that were supposed to help with hot flashes. I had severe reactions to the hormones prescribed so was looking for something natural. I tried flax and while it helped some, not enough to relieve my hot flash episodes. I read about fennel and low and behold I have finally found something that works. I have to take them 3 times a day to be effective but they have almost eliminated my episodes. The only time I have flashes now is when I get overheated or stressed out which is rare. They really work for me and a friend at work so hope they will work for you too!

Fiber Fennel
A lot of people may not know but Fennel is supposed to be a great source of fiber which is why I use it plus anyone who has read up about this or just listened to your Grandma will know that it has been used for centuries to help digestion. A great product at a great price!

Great digestive and regularity aid!
I had tried everything for years to help with digestive and regularity issues. The best were All Bran cereal (no longer available) and peppermint tea. Some problems still lingered nonetheless. After reading the positive reviews for those problems, I decided to try fennel seed. It works amazingly well. Swanson's brand was very reasonable and excellent quality. Digestion and regularity are now perfect. *** Highly recommend it!

Fennel works well digesting food but the ginger extract was hot , stronger than regular ginger

Love it!
I bought this a month ago, and so glad I've been consistent with it! I'm working on giving my liver support with detoxing nutrients and fennel was recommended for this! Thanks!
