Have not noticed a difference
These have a lot of zinc in them . Makes me nauseous. Have to take the two pills separately. Have not noticed any difference in the amount of hair that is falling out.

I haven't been using it long enough to really know how well it is working. I'll let you know in another month or so. But I will say my hair seems to have slowed falling out.
