I noticed results almost right away in regards to my sore muscles, car pool tunnel in my thumb joints also have improved to the point I no longer need to use my hand braces.

I take this formula along with black pepper, and can genuinely tell the difference when I stop taking it.

This is a great product. I have been using it for about 3 months along with adding bioperine. The combination has been wonderful.They say that curcumin does not asborb very well and needs a little help. That is what the Bioperine does. It is a Nutrient absorbtion helper. I take all my vitiams at one time including the Boswellia and Curcumin along with the Bioperine and it just works wonders. I am 62 years old.

A friend of mine had told me of some of the benefits of tumeric, including the fact Curcumin is actually inside the Tumeric plant, and was even more beneficial.I looked it up at Swanson, as I have been purchasing from Swanson for the last few years, and they had several forms. After researching, I purchased one that I felt would be easy to digest and not interfere with my other supplements. I had just had a total knee replacement when I began taking this supplement, and within 2-3 weeks I noticed a difference. I have continued it daily and would not let a day go by without having taken this. I feel so much better with it, versus without it!!

I am sorry to say that these did not work out for me. I developed horrible stomach cramps and you know what generally follows! I spent lots of time in the bathroom. I immediately stopped taking them and I was back to normal. I waited a few weeks and decided to try them again to rule out a stomach bug. The exact same awful side effects started again, so once again I've stopped taking them - for good this time. Total waste of money for me!
