Doctor Recocmended
Ginger and Turmeric have long been used for dietary supplements in Asia.Although we cannot make medical claims on this website, my doctors have advised me to use ginger and turmeric. With these capsules I get the nutritional benefits of both supplements in one easy to swallow capsule.Sometimes when I am mixing a cup of organic cocoa, I open up a couple capsules and mix the contents with the powdered milk and the the cocoa before adding the hot water and touch of cream.Try them, you'll like them.

Love this product
I love that Swanson has both ginger and turmeric in this one little capsule. The ginger is great for soothing the stomach and aiding with digestion and turmeric is an antioxidant with a long list of health benefits. Swanson never disappoints with quality or price.

Full Spectrum Ginger and Tumeric
This is one of my favourite Swanson's products. I believe the Ginger works synergistically with Turmeric, therefore this boosts the value considerably.I have certainly noticed an improvement in my immune system and will always have this product on hand.
