I used to drink an instant black coffee that included Ganoderma (Reishi) mushroom. It was a fine product, but expensive. When the company raised the price again, I stopped buying it. I looked in the Swanson catalog and found the mushroom and ordered it. I take a capsule and drink a cup of my regular coffee and get the same result and I'm saving a lot of money. I've been taking 2 Reishi Mushroom capsules a day for a year and a half. I'm very satisfied with the results. I wish I could say what the results were, but am not allowed to make medical claims.I do have a question. Directions say it's best to take first thing in the morning with water on an empty stomach. I don't know if anyone can answer this question, but if someone wanted to take more, like 6 a day, should they all be taken together in the morning or spread out through the day?
