it's good. it's really, really good. I don't recommend taking this with caffeine or mixing it with psychotropic medicines. Ease off the caffeine when you use this.

If you have a hectic schedule this helps you make it through your day. This brand and dosage works the best of all the ones I've tried.

Great product, great price and quick ship!

I've been taking this supplement by another brand for over 15 years. Both seem effective. My only measure is that I dream more and vividly, which suggests a deeper, more effective sleep level than without it. I'm unaware of other anti-aging improvements, but that alone counts a lot for me. Three months on, 3 caps AM, 3 caps PM for 3 months, break 1 month, begin another 3 months, and so on. The break allows a reset as the body keeps absorbing until effectiveness drops off. Maximum 8 a day.

This was bought for my partner. They were having issues with depression and apathy. While not a full treatment, it has helped with their mood and motivation.
