Very Happy with Purchase
I found this oat straw on the Swanson website after do a pretty extensive search for a good quality product with a reasonable price. Ive been using it now for over a month. I tried another brand about three weeks after starting Swanson and immediately didn\u2019t feel right. I stopped the other brand and went back to Swanson and feel great again. Thank you! I will continue to order from Swanson! Very happy with purchase!!!

Effective Herbal Sleep Aid
Full Spectrum Oat Straw has had on me a very helpful tranquilizing effect. I take one or two capsules 30 to 60 minutes before I lie down to sleep.
