Slight Euphoric mood boost, more relaxing then stimulating, but hands down better then any extract i have tried. But again, very relaxing and healthy way to deal with stress.

Relax and Unwind
Great relaxation aid that also pairs well with stimulants such as caffeine. I personally find Kanna to be better that L-theanine in this regard. Solid option for one looking to take the edge off after a long day. Best of Health Everyone
