I just started taking this three days ago. I take one on an empty stomach after working out in the morning an within 30 minutes, I feel an increase in calm, happiness, and energy. I am a teacher and I notice I am more animated, yet more at peace. It's hard to explain but it really feels amazing. Like I can conquer the world!(This is not exaggerated).

I took this for a week before I expected results but immediately slept better, didn't feel as tired, and lost weight! Just going about my day. I only took one a day since I didn't know if i might be allergic at first but it was fine and did not upset my stomach. though it did give me a little gas and the burps are strong with the turmeric. so people thought i had curry for lunch. It was not entirely unpleasant and so I plan on getting a refill. Everyone else at work was catching a spring cold but I did not! Knock on wood ,but i attribute it to the Swansons pills.
