Good balanced hormones
Wild yam is good for steadying and balancing female hormones. That's all I think it works. Can't say that on the swansonvitamin site, but can write that freely here on Walmart.com Recommend the Swanson Vitamins brand. (If you need higher strength, there are creams on the market, but I don't like slimy stuff on my skin. :)

Natural Supplement that nurtures the stomach.

Hike in price
The two stars is not a reflection of the product , but for the price hike . This maker sells for 1/3 the cost on their site . I wish I would have researched that first before I spent extra money . Usually Walmart has the best prices, but not for this . The product itself is great!

Sadly, for me this has been no help with menopausal issues. However, I've had no adverse side effects, and appreciate that.
