I use gaba for mental calmness and better sleep. After taking it for some time I've been able to cut back to one capsule every other day, and still see good effects.
This product really works for me. I have done a few refills so far and I have also taken the gabba complex and they both helped me sleep through the night. I take one capsule before I go to sleep and an hour or two later I'm already yawning.
Positive addition to my p.m. sleep stack after a demanding day.
I am a guy that has a hard time going to sleep.I purchased GABA and it helps alot. Three cheers!
Got this for myself, but my husband started taking it and it improves the quality of his sleep.

Not to sure I want others to experience the failure in customer service that I have experienced. R u now gonna tell me you didn't read my response to my interaction w John and the additional charge I paid for items I had not ordered. No? I didn't think so. But you asked about it, so I told you...and no response.
