Increased Energy
At first, I couldn't tell if I was experiencing any effects by taking this supplement. Then I realized that I had more energy throughout the day and was able to exercise for longer periods of time in a 40-minute session of cardio.

I have been using this product for over 10 years to keep my weight in check together with some other natural ingredients. I have not gained or lost any weight for about the same length of time.

Garcinia Cambogia
I bought this as I like to keep my weight at what it is and originally to lose about 10 pounds. Thanks to the BOGO deals I've been able to accomplish that and more. Along with the side of African mango, which I also highly recommend!!!! Both of these products are great!

Quantity is important, quality is important. effectiveness depends on the quality The value depends on the quality and quantity. I do NOT like the automatic ordering scheme. I want to order when I need a product.
I always prefer to purchase bottles with larger product contents. It is irritating to get a bottle with 30. I prefer 120 or 180.

Not sure, since I have not seen any significant results from taking it. I basically hoped it would help curb my appetite and lose a couple pounds.

makes me feel hungry
I haven't taken this long enough to say if it works or not, but I do know it makes me feel SO hungry! You're supposed to take it 30 minutes before a meal but 10 minutes later I'm starving when I normally wouldn't be. Seems counter-productive for something that's supposed to be a diet aid.
