This stuff works. I've been using it for support in my interim fasting routine, by taking it in the late afternoon to curb my hunger in the evening. (I eat from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and fast from 4:00 PM to 8:00 AM and would get hungry around 6:00 or 7:00 PM.) Since I began taking this on January 1, I have not been hungry in the late afternoon and evening. As a result, I dropped 5 pounds in January.

Been using this for a while. Helps with my cholesterol.

I've been using this product for several years. I take one at bedtime and I never have a problem “going” the next morning. It's very gentle on your system.

This one is weird. I had to open it up and put it in my smoothie to get my body to use it. When I just took it as a pill, it just came out the other end as a pill shape/ didn't dissolve. For my body, this didn't work very well as a fiber. But that doesn't mean it won't work for you. Everyone's fiber needs are so different. I can see this working well for someone else.

I had to stop taking this stuff. It is very powerful and can cause constipation and loose stools. Plus, I wasn't losing any weight. If you are low on fiber, you might want to take it but don't take it at the dosage it recommends. Go much lower. Otherwise, you will need to very careful when you pass gas.

Capsules do not dissolve. They move through the body whole. As an experiment I put 2 (I punched holes in one of them)in a glass of water for 5 hours and they are both still intact.

I took this for almost a month...I didn't see a change at all. It didn't help with my digestion and clearly no weight loss. This was a waste of my time and money. Never again.
