Glucosamine 500 mgs
I was finding it difficult to locate 500 mg Glucosamine tablets, but was happy to see Walmart carried them. Also per tablet, the price was very reasonable.

True Glucosamine Sulfate that works for knees.
The true GUIDE study formula - Glucosamine Sulfate! Be wary of imitations that say Glucosamine sulfate complex, which are really the poorly absorbed Glucosamine Chloride with a little potassium sulfate mixed in to call it a "sulfate complex". Glucosamine Chloride failed in the massive GAIT study as no different from placebo. (Sorry Osteo Bi-Flex, Costco/Kirkland, and others - your cheaper-to-make forms don't work!)

Works great
Have been using this product for many years. Several years ago my husband had to be hospitalized and they don't give out glucosamine. After a few days my husband complained to me he can barely use his hands/fingers from arthritis. I snuck In glucosamine, he took it and the next day he was ok. I also like it because it is plain glucosamine because if I think it necessary I can always add another supplement.

Works just fine for old guy 69!
I take this product everyday for reasons advertised, and it fits right into my daily regime of Vitamins, Supplements and Herbs! I've been doing business with SWANSON since 1999, because of the quality of it's products, great prices, and customer service, are ***** Excellent
