For the little bit of money, it's a whole big pack of punches & i hope my review will do just that. It is standardized, guaranteeing that what they say is in there, IS in there. Besides that,the other one ,it's only a few mgs stronger. This is the one that's f or me, I use it & made tea out of it too. GREAT BUY!

Definitely the pure root powder, ore one that has been upgraded to a higher alkaloid content, is best. I've tried other goldenseal products, but this one is by far the best.
