user for years
I first started using green tea, both in extract form as well as in tea bags, more than a dozen years ago after reading about the many benefits it is claimed to provide. I drink a half gallon of iced green tea daily as well as the recommended amount of extract.I recently switched over to Swanson's Green Tea Extract because it provided more value for the money.

My husband and I take this product and we havebought this item and given several bottles to our sons for their families to also use.We feel the benefits of this product should be partof our daily use.

I like it!
I didn't rate the effectiveness because I have no idea if it is effective?However, I love the aroma of the pills and I have used them instead to make tea by opening the capsules. I like it mixed with a cinnamon capsule, also opened.

This was quite a good deal for the money. You won't find this kind of deal anywhere else, that's for sure. The green tea quality of the caps is just fine as well.They say one must drink 7 cups of green tea a day to get the effects the Japanese do, so taking the caps makes this quite easy.

Green tea for non drinkers
This is a great way for me to get my green tea. I am not a tea drinker so take the capsules.The only problem with these is, they are just green tea leaf. Nothing else added.
