No Soy!
I like this because it comes in small capsules rather than the gel caps. The gel caps I was using previously had soybean oil in them which upsets my stomach. Glad to have found these

Tiny capsules, easy to take
I like how tiny they are, I don't gag on them like I do with the calcium pills I take (not Swanson; I will replace them with Swanson when I run out).

Good vitamin D, I like the 2000 mg potency, I think it is the best strength for the average person. The RDA ios too low.
