As two very active seniors, we take this to keep our joints working in tip top shape. It works like a charm. Swanson's always has such great quality supplements.

Love this product. We are in the 70's and 80's and it helps our joints and muscles.

Would've given it 5 stars if not for the size of the pills. I've had GCM that has a hard time squeezing down my throat which is why I decided to try these. They're bigger yet, for the same ingredients. I can't swallow them, so I gave them to my wife who can. They're just as effective as the others, it's just they're too big for me to swallow. I know there are smaller pills but you have to take a whole bunch of them to get the same potencies. Why do these have to be so big?

It has seemed to relieve my symptoms in fingers and wrist. Dr told me to look for this in supplements. And sure enough it has helped. I take 2 a day.

Meant to order the capsules. The tablets are a bit hard to swallow but the product is great.

I would rather. Have my usual timed release glucosamine and chondroitin.

The pill size is difficult to swallow

This bottle has 2 different colored capsules.- white (which it usually is & beige. I don't think we should take this. This is not typical Swanson quality.

Tablet is too large. Cannot swallow.
