Been taking for five years now and my hair has been noticably thicker. This with occasional zinc supplement reduces hair loss in the shower. Taking this roughly every other day.

I've been taking this product for about 8 months now. I was losing my hair and it was feeling very thin because of menopause. This has made a huge difference in my hair. My hair feels stronger, it is falling out less. My hair is also not breaking off anymore. My hair is growing and even my eyelashes are growing. The horsetail has also helped me with incontinence. The only downside is my skin and my lips are drying out. I'me wondering if this is a side affect from taking horsetail long term. I've been drinking extra water but it doesn't seem to be helping. I hope that I do not have to stop taking this supplement.
I have been taking for about 3mos. now and I notice my hair is thicker and not shedding as much my skin is brighter my nails seems stronger I will most definitely be keeping this even at the age of 65 I notice new growth around my forehead.
Doesn't upset my stomach. I think it is something you have to take for a longer period of time to really see the difference. Good value, though.
