I purchased this product for my knee. I have been taking it for a couple of months now and have noticed some improvement. With 6 grandchildren to keep up with, my mobility is very important to me. I actually read a well known book on menopause that recommended it as a supplement to try for improvement of aging changes in our bodies. Being 63 years old brings many challenges and I appreciate any help that I can get.
I have high hopes for this product. I will report back after I use it for a while!
It keeps my joints comfortably oiled.A side effect of it is: my skin benefits too.I took 2 little 83 mg capsules per day at the beginning, 1 in the morning 1 at night for 2 -3 weeksafter that I only needed 1 per day. I've taking Hyal Joint for the past 4 yrs.Great product and the price is right too!My friends like & use Hyal Joint Hyaluronic Acid also.

I am 88 years old and I walk everyday with my 50 year old niece on one and two mile routes. Other old people I know are just sitting. I think I‘ve been taking Swanson vitamins for fifteen or twenty years. That has to be why I'm still up and pounding my feet on the sidewalk! Thank you Swanson!
I was concerned about the hyalauronics getting past the stomach, but learned that I should take the pill with vitamin c or oj.This supplement has never bothered me and I hope it is contributing to my good health.I've been taking it for several years.

This product is not what I expected. It is too expensive and the amount of capsules per bottle are only 60. I wanted bottles of 120 or greater since I use 2 per day. I will not return the ones you sent and use them as necessary. I will be more careful in the future to order the correct ones. Not your fault. It was mine. The quality is not known as I have not yet used them.
