Swanson L-Carnosine 500 mg 60 Capsules

I have been taking L-Carnosine for 2 years now and recently joined my wellness program at work. They did my assessment and blood work and my results were that the inside of my body is 6 years younger than what I actually am. I will keep taking this as I do believe it is a positive contributing factor.

I will continue using Swanson L-Carnosine.Rates highly as a wellness supplement.I’m would recommend it for people who needs to improve their strength and balance. Gilles

I bought Swanson Ultra L-Carnosine , 500 mg 60 Caps and Swanson Premium Acetyl L-Carnitine\n500 mg 100 Caps at the same time. I am pleased with both, however, it would certainly be an improvement if all supplement vendors packaged their goods in multiples of 7-day doses. Almost everyone buys and consumes on a weekly basis. Shouldn't supplements which are often ordered online be so packaged as to minimize unnecessary orders and keep the supplements in the buyers' hands without a glitch? I have been using carnosine for years, ever since I read about it in "The Perricone Prescription." Dr. Perricone calls it one of the three supplements in the Triple Crown for anti-aging. I'm not sure what my skin would look like if I DIDN'T take it (and I don't plan on finding out), but people usually guess my age as 10 or more years less than I really am. (Maybe they're just calling me immature.)

On his show, an anti aging expert said that this was the one thing you should take to fight the dreaded aging. I have been taking it for a few months and can see a difference in my hair and skin and just feel so much better overall! Thank you for carrying this at such a great price!

I am currently training to compete in a competition and focusing on building muscle. I have noticed muscle growth and better definition. I can't say for SURE that it's due to this supplement, however it really seems like I've had major changes since taking it (in conjunction with other supps, which I've reviewed on this site as well.)

I read many nutrition / health / wellness articles daily. There is a lot of positive information out there about the significant value of Carnosine to those of us who are interested in doing everything natural that we can for 'life extension.' I've been taking this excellent CARNOSINE product from Swanson for a while now, and I am very pleased. I will always be taking it. Personally, I take one capsule each morning and another at night. Nothing negative to note. Works for me.

I am 48 years young and I have never, in my entire life, been able to grow my nails past the ends of my fingertips. They would chip and split and were very fragile. I can only surmise this product is the reason, as it's the only new product I've been taking recently. My skin seems to have a less aged appearance. I will continue to use this product on a daily basis. Swanson has always provided superior products. My parents bought Swanson, I buy Swanson and my friends and family buy Swanson always. My first shipment of this product was authentic, on this order I notice a difference in the quality. Will be requesting a refund .
