Good flavor, more bioavailable, feel the energy difference
These are great! They make a difference in my energy more than the precursors or the capsules, meaning I may not metabolize and/or make l-glutathione like most others. I read that sublinguals are more bioavailable than capsules in that case, and this has made all the difference!

Another good way ro get more glutathione
Love them but could not find them listed last time. I got them as a BOGO before. Like it that they melt in your mouth and taste very pleasant. Reasonably priced and another good way to get more glutathione.

Dosage Too Low
I don't feel any difference. I personally think it should be 500mg dose to be effective, not 50mg. I'm taking it to make sure I have at least some in my system in case I may be low. Can't hurt!
