I have taken Proline over the last three or four years and have believed it to help me through each new day. I feel better after taking it and Swanson brand offers a Proline I can count on. As being one of my three aminos that I have by my bedside, I take it with water every morning upon greeting each new day. This is my daily amino "coffee" before my real coffee is served! Swanson's Proline is priced far more reasonably than other brands and delivers what my body needs.

I'm going to include Glutathione in this review because the combination of L-Proline & Glutathione has improved my skintone. I'm 55, figure that if I eat right, exercise, etc. at least 80% of the time, I can make up for infractions 20% of the time. Swanson has been helping me stay healthy & youthful for some time. Anyone can make claims, but unless you try something & stick with it for at least a season, how will you know? My body uses up nutrients very quickly, & supplements prevent the daily wear & tear that ages the body inside & out. Both L-Proline & Glutathione have helped me maintain elasticity & adjust to environmental exposure. I work outdoors, use SPF's, drink water, do the do's... but these two products keep my skin looking & feeling smoother & youthful. Combined with regular stretching, exercise & smart topical products, there is every reason to age gracefully.

I realized some time ago that I needed L-Proline to grow better, stronger nails. Of course I checked out Swanson, who generally has the best products for the best price and my nails are now stronger and longer.

I can't tgell how effective it is. It is nicelypackaged and arrived promptly, for which I am grateful.

I take this in the morning by itself, and other amino's throughout the day. So far, after a few weeks, I haven't seen any results, but it could take awhile to get into the system. So, we'll see.

So far, so good with this product. This is part of a routine I started for adrenal support and, as part of the regimen, this product is working quite well.
