no bad after taste
i bought this probiotic to help aid my weight loss efforts. the pill is easy to swallow and doesn't leave any kind of funky aftertaste. I've been losing weight taking this and following a low calorie diet.

Great Single Strain Probiotic
I buy this strain to add to another one which I use to make my own probiotic yoghurt. If you are interested in doing this see the Dr. Myhill website in the uk.\nI am not allowed to say why I use this strain as Swanson seemed to be a bit confused about claims made by the company and reviewers opinions. But if you Google it, or check out Dr. Myhill's website, you can see what the benefits are.

I think the product would have worked better if it hadn't sat out in my street mailbox for several hours in 110 degree heat. I love the prices here, but wish shipping were free.
