Great immune help

I've been using probiotics for years but I just learned about prebiotics. I was already OK, but I think it makes sense to take this for the several reasons enumerated in the literature.

Resistaid is larch AG with added polyphenol flavonoids, including taxifolin and quercetin. Great, but I can find no disclosure of exactly how much of which flavonoids. That suggests it may be a very small amount, not worth the premium price compared to a plain AG product such as Fiberaid. Therefore, I prefer regular larch arabinogalactan plus separate supplements containing known amounts of known flavonoids.
