I was looking for something that could extend the wakefulness and energy of my early day into the evening and I found it with this product. It took me about a month to notice the effect, and it works best for me if I take it between noon and 2pm. My afternoons and evenings are much more productive. As far as better performance in the bedroom, I'm not sure.

Really have not notice any difference except seems my kidneys are working better. Not supposed to be a benefit of this supplement. But, I don't have another explanation.

I have had inconsistent results with this product. I was looking for a libido booster. Sometimes I feel like it increases my desire, sometimes it does nothing. However, I have had no adverse effects. It seems harmless and sometimes helpful. I think maybe I need to take it regularly, and in a higher dose.

I have used, alternately, Swanson regular Maca (SW961) and Swanson Maca 4:1 Extract (SWP011) over several cycles at the recommended dosage. The supposedly stronger extract was notable for having no noticeable effect. The regular Maca does have, for me, an effect at the recommended dosage. It has been used regularly since. Knowledgable sources have recommended using maca--a food--at the level Peruvians do, 3-5 grams per day or higher. The regular Maca has been used at these increased dosages with increased effect and no apparent problems.
