Noticeable effect, and long-lasting.
I've used Maca for years as I continue to age. It's beneficial to help offset some of what starts to happen after age 40. My favorite part with this Swanson product, is that I have no digestion issues with it, and the potency is the same as other products I have used in the past.

wanted to boost hormone health
took these after reading its good for regulating your cycle and balancing my hormones and potentially get a plumper butt but i didnt really notice a difference. it was a good price so i decided to take a chance and try.
