Surprisingly pleased with this brand of AHCC. I did a lot of research before choosing and originally decided with a more expensive brand. The other brand has a higher dosage but I noticed that this brand is basically the same price when it comes to their 500mg. It holds up just as well too. The second brand I tried before finally choosing Swanson was a foul smelling pill. These have no noticeable scent to me and are easy to swallow. The only reason I would go with the first brand is for the 750mg dosage. I may use both because most days I want 1500mg and that would be three of these--which would become not so cost effective from a monthly perspective. These are perfect back ups though. I'm super happy with these--it's worth every dollar. I hope they have a promotion soon because I want more in bulk!! Good immune booster. Has also continued to improve the healing of my plantar warts.

Swanson asked me to rate the AHCC, sorry I could not do that, because I have never received it. It was missing from the package. I sent Swanson an email about that, I never got a reply.Two weeks latter I had a chance to chat with a rep named Cristin. As the item was out of stock ,she promised:"I will have the order credited" (The transcript is still available).I have been waiting for almost 4 weeks now and nothing has happened. Is it going to be ignored again? Really disappointed. Sorry I could not rate the item as you want me to.
