I am always skeptical about using any brand of raspberry ketones other than The Vitamin Shoppe but these are amazing!!They give you lots of energy and you feel refreshed. Would DEFINITELY recommend

Love Swanson Raz Keytones the most. Great product with no aftertaste or belching like some do. East on stomach. Use with other Swanson WM products.

I've bought the lower dose version and decided to give this a try since I loved the lower dose one.

What a simple way to get ketones.

I would like to loose even more weight,I lost for now. Razbery-K and other brandsOf Raspberry Ketons, are not the fasting aid,But helping very effectively to change around,Especially stomach and belly, unhealthy fat.It is what happening to me, as by book,I lost only 30 pounds so far, but looks,Feeling and ABS made me young fit.I would recommend 10, because it is one of two or three best companies I can afford to buy from, and it is probably as good as most expensive supplements.If, however, one can afford more expensive supplements, I wouldn't prevent him from trying.I simply do not know if there much difference in effectiveness, beside dosage and form of it one can find on the bottle, it is why I would say less than 10.

My wife and I invested a lot of money in a pharmaceutical company that was developing a weight loss pill which promised to help obese people lose 3-5% of their body weight, for some $300 per month, which most insurance policies will not cover. Been losing weight at a steady pace of 1-2 pounds per week for a few months. I read about Raspberry Keytones and decided to give it a shot. I hit a plateau for 3 weeks and after I started taking this I finally got back on track and started losing again. I think it helped me overcome my plateau, but I guess I can't be 100% sure. (Which is why I gave Effectiveness a 3).I started this in combination with Green Tea Extract as well. It can leave a slight raspberry taste in your belly if you don't eat a lot, but that is not really a negative.

Not sure if I misunderstood the purpose of this product, but truly the only effects I have noticed are: 1) It sticks in my throat every single time. I have to take it during a meal to push the pill down with food; 2) I burp raspberries for the rest of the day, all day. It's fun for a talent show, but not at the grocery store!

I have used the 100 mg strength and they work, butI have noticed the ones that work generally smell like raspberry when I open the bottle. This bottle doesn't have that odor when I have taken them the do not seem to do much, so I suspect the quality is not there. I do not think that I would buy them again.
