Have tried melatonin before, but this dual release formula and strength is the key. I sleep well through the night and do not feel groggy in the morning.

Been using it for over 15 years because it's the best. I like the slow release, I don't feel drugged but it works for 7-8 hours. And I like that it's only 3mg.

I have been taking Dual-Release Melatonin 3Mg with my wife for 8 years. Even after this long time, I can still sleep comfortably. I highly recommend it.

I tried melatonin on and off over the years, and like other reviews I see, it never seemed to work for me. My brother loved it though and insisted a try again, but that I had to take it nightly for 2-3 weeks before it would help.... I did, and now I love it! You really need to have some patience with it, it's not a "take a pill and pass out in 30 minutes" type of thing... I've also found that 3 mg, the serving in this, is perfect for me, and I'm a pretty big guy.... I would never go anywhere near those 10 mg ones, even the 5-6 mg ones leave me groggy... but if you give it a chance to work, 3 mg of melatonin should hopefully be all you need! (I've given up on the melatonin with other ingredients, I can't tell exactly what, suspecting valerian root, but there's always something in those that makes me too groggy in the morning)

The quality is pretty good with a good price

I love the combo of 1.5mg when I want to go to sleep and a persistent release of 1.5 more mg throughout the night. Keeps with my natural sleep rhythm. Other Melatonin would help me get to sleep - and sleep deeper but I would wake too early in the morning.I have usually slept well but was looking for a way to improve my sleep. This was great!Some nights I take with Valerian Extract and Hops

The dual release Melatonin helps with getting back to sleep in the middle of the night and staying asleep longer. One pill does both.

I have purchased many times from Swanson because you offer a good product at a reasonable price. My only complaint is that I miss "seeing" the actual product that I am purchasing. I have actually ended up with something I did not want. An example is cranberry pills. I inadvertently purchased ones that were about three times larger than I wanted. ;-(

I have used this for years and it has worked well for me. However, my last two bottles have had many pills that are separated. There are two layers, and they are coming apart. I don't mind one or two per bottle, but 10+ is unacceptable.

Evidently I need the 3 mg tablet without the time release of 1 1/2 mg at first and 1 1/2 mg during the night. The 3 mg regular strength when I go to bed clears my head and puts me to sleep better. 1 1/2 isn't enough.
