Effective after 30 days, Sulfur-free
I've been taking this now for a month and have noticed an improvement. I appreciate that it is sulfur-free as it is getting harder and harder to find joint complexes that are sulfur-free. Two pills/day is a fairly low dose, in my opinion, probably more suited to a "maintenance" phase rather than a "loading" phase. The pills have a smooth coating that makes them easier to swallow also.

Makes me gasy and nausea. I am lactose intolerant and this did not work for me
