Worth trying
This was purchased for a very ill senior dog , so is an observational not personal use review. After using one capsule daily for a couple of months, her liver function has improved a little.

when I shop SWANSON for my health supplements, I always feel assured of getting the best quality at the best price. Great product at a fair price!
If you want to protect your liver using Siliphos Milk Thistle is the very best way to do it. Numerous studies prove that this form of milk thistle, which was invented by a company in India (it's combined with soy so your body sees it as food) is MUCH more bio-available than milk thistle alone since it just mostly passes thru you and only costs money vs benefiting your liver health. Two thumbs up! ??

Better Bioavailability w Phytosomes
Learned that Milk Thistle is much more bioavailable with phytosome. Taking just 1 capsule a day offsets the somewhat higher price.
